Catholic Women's League  

The History

On January 21, 1985 the “Ladies Group of Holy Spirit “  decided to re-structure  and  formed the Holy Spirit  Catholic Women’s League (CWL) .

Forty-seven women embraced  the goals of CWL as their promise  to fulfil  their baptismal commitments  which  encompassed  the Prophetic,  Priestly and Kingly role of Christ.

It is now  2009,  and our membership has grown to 122 members.  We look forward to celebrating our 25^th anniversary as a council on January 21, 2010.
